In March, Desert Valley hosts one of the world's biggest tennis tournaments, The BNP Paribas Open. Located at the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, this event welcomes the biggest names in the world of tennis and attracts close to 500,000 fans each year. In April, the Valley has some of the biggest outdoor concerts in the world, with the annual Coachella Music Festival at the Polo Fields for two consecutive weekends.
